Billy Wayne Allen, 70, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2004. Survivors include wife Betty Jo Allen, of Tijeras, NM; two daughters, Debbie A. Bolling and husband Doug, of Albuquerque, NM, and Tami Landreth and husband John, of San Luis Obispo, CA four sons, Michael F. Smith and wife Thayna of Torrance, NM, Richard L. Smith and wife Laurie, of Manchester, TN, James Allen, of Cayucos, CA and Brett L. Allen and wife Angie, of Cayucos, CA; one sister, Kookie Brown, of Atascadero, CA; Sixteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and one to arrive in May. Billy was a member of the New Mexico Mountain Men Association, and the N.R.A. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2004, 1:00 pm in Palm Chapel of Strong-Thorne Mortuary.
