Obituary for HORNE

Linda A. (Davis) Horne, 62, a resident of Albuquerque for over 50 years, died Thursday, December 18, 2003. She is survived by her husband, James Horne; sister, Lori Baca and husband, Robert; nephew, Jeremy Sheldrake; niece, Diane Erickson and husband, Paul and their daughter, Brittany, all of Albuquerque; cousins, Mary Joe Chandler and husband, Roger and Ruby Davis, all of Dallas, TX; and special friends, Allen and Elizabeth Yager, Bill and Bertha Ingle and Mary Lucero, all of Albuquerque. Mrs. Horne was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Doris Davis; and stepfather, Roy Votruba. She was past honored queen of Job's Daughters Bethel #4; past Grand Guardian of the State of New Mexico, I.O.J.D.; and a member of San Marcial Chapter Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. Horne retired from Lovelace Clinic after 38 years. She was a longtime Lobo Basketball supporter. Services will be held Tuesday, 11:00 a.m., at First Presbyterian Church, 215 Locust NE, with The Rev. Tom Hart officiating. Private Interment will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery.
