Thomas Ralph Nicoletti, 70, a long-time resident of Albuquerque, died Monday, December 15, 2003. He is survived by his wife, Gloria M. Barela Nicoletti of Albuquerque whom he married September 15, 1956; a son, Thomas A. Nicoletti of Torrance, CA; two aunts, Edith Komatsu and Angie Arabia, both of Philadelphia, PA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Nicoletti was retired from the USAF after 27 years of service; having served in administration and nuclear testing. He was an official with the New Mexico Activities Association, officiating for high school and college athletics. Thomas also officiated for the Men's and Women's Softball World Series and was inducted into the NMAA Hall of Fame. He was a member of the Sangre de Cristo Catholic Church. Services will be held Thursday, December 18, at 11:00 a.m., at Gate of Heaven Chapel, 7999 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
