Doris Graver, 88, a resident of Rio Rancho for the past 25 years, passed away on Tuesday, December 9, 2003. Doris was born June 30, 1915 the daughter of Arthur and Mary Ann Spicer Moore in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was a member of the Rio Rancho United Methodist Church; Eastern Star; and an honorary member of the Telephone Pioneers. Doris is survived by one son, Howard Roy Achilles; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; loving relatives, James and Martha Ernest and many friends. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 12,2003 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho, with Pastor Gregg Armstrong officiating. It has been suggested that memorials be made in Doris name to the Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children, 6600 Zuni SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
