Billy Joe "B.J." Lyden, 53, a resident of Albuquerque for 17 years, passed away Sunday, December 7, 2003. He is survived by his daughters, Erika Foster and husband, Al of Albuquerque and Mandy Lyden of San Francisco, CA; grandchildren, Spencer Foster, Kori Nau, Jaelyn Foster and Skylar Foster; mother, Iola Busch of Galena, IL; and brothers, John Lyden of Galena, IL and Terry Lyden of Pecatonica, IL. Mr. Lyden retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Senior Master Sergeant after 22 years of dedicated service. Private burial will take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery and a public memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 10, 2003, 1:00 PM at Hillcrest Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Steve Deerman presiding.
