Obituary for GURULE

Alice M., 87, went to join the Lord, her beloved husband Manuel Gurule, her parents Eudovo and Genoveva Montoya, and her great-grandson Elijah. She died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Cuba, NM and lived there until 1986, and she has resided in Albuquerque's North Valley ever since. She is survived by children; Mary and Ralph Torres, Leora and Gilbert Jacquez, Elmer and Marilyn Gurule, Adrian and Liz Gurule, sisters; Dora Gallegos, and Becky Montoya, 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and many other family and friends who loved and will miss her. A Rosary is to be recited at Nativity Catholic Church 9502 4th St SW Alb. NM, at 7:00pm Monday Dec. 8, 2003. Mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Cuba NM, at 10:00am on Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2003. Pallbearers will be: Joey Gurule, Ralph, Gerald, and Bobby Torres, Mathew, and Michael Gurule. Honorary Pallbearer Don Shurtz.
