Orlando Paul Miera II, 44, longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2003. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Miera; daughter, Amanda Miera; son, Daniel Miera; parents, Kitty and Orlando Miera; sister, Rosemary Schrock and husband, Dave of Las Vegas, NV; brother, Steve Miera and wife, Rhonda; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Orlando was a loving husband, father with two children, son, brother, uncle, son-in-law and brother-in-law who was very loving and giving. He was caring, happy, gave of himself from the heart, always willing to help, and be wherever help was needed. Always smiling! Orlando never told anyone "no"--it wasn't in his vocabulary. He was a sports fanatic, and loved working with children and sports. He was president of Mile High Little League. He lived his faith to the fullest and touched many lives. Orlando was thought of very highly by all who knew him.
