Hulda Katherine Meyer (Midge) passed away on October 20, 2003, three days before her eightieth birthday. She was a native Texan and loved her state. She enjoyed her years in Arizona and Georgia, but especially New Mexico where she formed many long lasting friendships. She was a devoted and loving mother, companion, and housewife. She aided her husband of many years in all of his successes. Having suffered the indignity inflicted by several years of Alzheimer's disease, she slipped her mortal coil peacefully and with dignity surrounded by members of her family. She is survived by her husband; a son; two daughters; grandchildren; great grandchildren; and Texan cousins. Her presence will be sorely missed. Cremation and interment have taken place at Fairview Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the direction of: Strong-Thorne Mortuary 1100 Coal Ave SE 842-8800
