Obituary for LOMASNEY

Helen M. Lomasney, 92, a resident of Albuquerque for over 50 years, passed away on October 23, 2003. Helen was a member of the Goldstar Wives Association and the Women's National Bowling Association. She was a very loving and devoted wife and mother. Her children cherish their memories of a warm and immaculate home. Helen was a very patriotic woman and was proud to raise the American flag. Survivors include one daughter, Connie Tolman; one son, John W. Lomasney Jr.; six grandchildren, John Lomasney III, Erin Lomasney, James Fargo, John Fargo, Lisa Black, and Laurel Wickwire; 7.5 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, John W. Lomasney Sr.; one daughter, Mary Margaret Fargo; one sister, Marion Langdon. Services will be held on Monday, October 27, 2003 at 9:00 A.M. in Palm Chapel of Strong-Thorne Mortuary with Pastor Mark Stefanov officiating. Interment will be held at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Serving as casket bearers will be John Lomasney Jr., Ray Tolman, and James Fargo. Serving as honorary casket bearers will be Fred Black, Joshua Black, Cecil Haddock, and John Lomasney III. Arrangements are under the direction of: Strong-Thorne Mortuary 1100 Coal Ave. SE 842-8800
