Rebecca Bates Crouch passed away unexpectedly in Albuquerque, on October 8, 2003. She was born in Ft. Worth, Texas, On December 7, 1956. Becky served in the United States Army in Germany as a medic and emergency medical technician where she was also a member of the Army ski team. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing degree from the University of New Mexico. She practiced nursing in Angel Fire and Albuquerque. She was an avid skier and golfer, practitioner of herbal healing, horsewoman, and photographer. Becky is survived by her daughter, Cassie Bennett; her mother, Mary G. Bates, Her Father Robert I. Crouch; and her brother, Gene R. Crouch. Funeral Arrangements are pending in Pecos, Texas. A memorial service celebrating her life will be announced at a later date. The family would like to express thanks for the acts of generosity and kindness shown to them at this time of loss.
