Obituary for BUCK

Mae Oliver Buck, a resident of Albuquerque since 1967, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 7, 2003. Mae was born in El Paso, Texas on June 18, 1919. She was a graduate of El Paso High School and Texas Western College, where she was president of her school's chapter of Beta Sigma Phi sorority. Mae worked for the State of New Mexico in the Department of Welfare until she retired in 1981. Mae attended Calvary Chapel of Albuquerque where she was active in the Silver Saints. Mae is survived by her husband of 49 years, Joe Buck. Other survivors include son, Jody of Albuquerque; daughter, Joanne Gorman and family of Grand Forks, ND; daughter, Cyndi Dorl and family of Albuquerque; and seven grandchildren. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 11, 2003 in Calvary Chapel of Albuquerque, 4001 Osuna Road NE.
