Martha J. Williams Parker, 86, a resident of Albuquerque, died Sunday, September 28, 2003. She was born on July 25, 1917 in San Angelo, TX, the daughter of Manly Johnson and Eulalie (Bosley) Johnson. At the age of 12, she moved to Albuquerque with her parents. Mrs. Parker was a charter member of Heights First Church of the Nazarene. She was employed by Sandia National Laboratories for 29 1/ 2 years. Mrs. Parker was preceded in death by her husband, Roger C. Williams. She is survived by her current husband, Vern Parker; one daughter, Loretta L. Rugh and husband, Dick Rugh; two granddaughters, Joetta Dee Brooks and husband, Randy and Jerri Lee Teagarden and husband, Bradley; four great-grandchildren, Jay Moore, Daniel Brooks, Henry Teagarden and Emily Teagarden; and one sister, Marguerite Phillis. Services will be held Thursday, October 2, 2003, at 2:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. Private entombment will take place.
