Claudio Garcia died Saturday September 13, 2003 at the age of 86. He was born in Rainsville NM on June 9, 1917 to Fidel and Juanita Garcia. Claudio worked as a traffic engineer with Parking Metor Tec in Albuquerque. He served in WWII. He is preceded in death by his mother, father, and first wife, Claria Garcia. Claudio is survived by his loving wife Emelicia, sons Michael, Raymond and wife Margaret, Bengie and wife Marcie, Mike Baca and his wife Rose, Steve Baca, David Baca and Fiance, Elaine Lucero. His daughters Berna and husband Alvaro Olguin, Gloria and husband Fernando Villa, Yolanda and husband Michael Sikinger, Rosemarie and husband, Robert Triana, as well as 23 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 75 nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Antonio Sedillo Richard Baca, Juan Duenes, Michael Sikinger, Patrick Traina, and Chris Baca. Honoraries are Joe Keller, Rob Carbello, Lawrence Sedillo and Jay Swanson. A wake will be held 7:30 on Monday at Salazar and Sons Mortuary. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, September 16, 2003 at 9:00 a.m. at Salazar and Sons Mortuary.
