Obituary for England

John D."Jack" England, 71, a resident of Rio Rancho, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 1998, following a sudden illness. Jack was born August 30, 1926, the son of John and Alpha Joseph England in Detroit, Michigan. He came to Albuquerque over 50 years ago and had worked for Sandia Laboratories for 30 years before he retired. Jack was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Mary; son, David and wife, Jan of Albuquerque; son, Tim and wife, Teresa of Rio Rancho; daughter-in-law, Liz of Albuquerque; and grandchildren, Brian, Michael, Willie and Alicia; nephew, Donald Haskell of San Diego, CA; nieces, Colleen Haskett of Edgewood, NM, and Barbara Ryan of Greer, SC. He was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed. Private interment is pending.
