Obituary for Potts

Barbara Potts, beloved wife of the late Frank Potts, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 8, 1998 at the age of 62. Her life was a shining example of faith in Jesus Christ. She had retired after 30 years of service at Sandia National Laboratories and she was devoted to God and to her family. Mrs. Potts was survived by her mother, Helen Carl of Albuquerque; daughter, Debbie Harrington and husband, Tom; two grandchildren, Tom and Christy Harrington of Albuquerque; brothers, Lewis"Sonny" Carl and wife, Lora Mae of Fairborn, OH, Clifford Carl and wife, Barbara of Espanola, and Joe Carl of Albuquerque; sisters, Martha Thatcher and husband, Francis of Los Lunas, Sandy Peacock of Albuqerque, and Judy Fraker and husband, Bob of Willis, TX; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Services will be held Thursday, 2:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, University Blvd Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Rev. Lemuel Boyles and Pastor Galen M. Woodward officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE.
