Mr. Gilbert L. Baca, 38, a resident of Rio Rancho, NM passed away on October 9, 1998. Gilbert is survived by his beloved wife of 18 years Annette; two daughters, Monica S. Baca and Erica M. Baca; his mother, Mrs. Erlinda Baca; four sisters, Marcella Ashe and husband, Joseph, Sylvia Ware and husband, Salomon, Anita Gallegos and husband, Jerry and Charlotte Tupell and husband, Albert R.; two brothers, Frank A. Baca and wife, Laurice and Michael A. Baca and wife, Lorraine; father-in-law, Bobby Castillo and mother-in-law, Margie Castillo; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Louie and Kathy Gonzales; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Gilbert was preceded in death by his father, Frank S. Baca. Gilbert was a member of the Catholic church and was an avid bow hunter and water skier. A Memorial Rosary will be recited Monday evening at 7:00 in the St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 1502 Sara Rd., Rio Rancho, NM. The family will be receiving friends after 6:30 in the church. A visitation with family and friends will be Tuesday morning from 9:30 until 10:00 with a Memorial mass to be celebrated at 10:00 in the church, Monsignor Raun, Celebrant. Interment will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Honorary ushers will be, Alan Ashe, Darryl Ashe, Salomon Ware Jr., Steven Ware, Sidney Ware, Jerry Gallegos, Carlos Gallegos, Adam Ray Tupell, Michael Baca, Anthony Baca, Christopher V.
