Obituary for Robinson

Joseph Dent Robinson, Jr. passed away Thursday, October 1, 1998, at his home in Albuquerque. He was born in Albuquerque July 27, 1936, where he spent most of his life. He was a service station manager, but was especially known for his intricate carvings of local birds. Joseph is survived by his sister, Suzanne Robinson of Herndon, VA; his niece, Andrea Thomas of New York City; two uncles, Harris Sharp of Las Vegas, NV and William Sharp of Albuquerque; his aunt, Chloe Robinson of Albuquerque; and by many cousins. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 525 San Pedro NE, #101, Albuquerque, NM 87108 Cremation arrangements are in the care of Sunrise Society, (891-8200).
