Jordan Jacob Griego, beloved infant son of Joe and Shawntel Griego of Edgewood, NM, died Thursday, October 8, 1998. Jordan was born on August 25, 1995 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In addition to his loving parents, he is survived by two brothers, Dominic and Nicolas Griego, both of Edgewood; maternal grandparents, John and Marie Gallegos of Albuquerque; paternal grandfather, Joe Griego, Sr.; great-grandmother, Ophelia Gallegos; great-grandparents, Joe and Rose Nuez; great-grandfather, Pablo Griego all of Albuquerque; close aunts, Nicole and Ondrea; close uncle, Anthony; close cousin, Sean Jr.; best friend, Mark; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Jordan was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Rosemary Franco. He will be greatly missed by all. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m., Monday, October 12, 1998 at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd, NE. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 13, 1998 at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 11401 Indian School Rd NE, with Father William McCarren, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will include Dominic Griego, Sean Gallegos, Anthony Gallegos and Richard Trujillo. Good night little one, sleep tight. Right now it's hard to see them, but we know God has his reasons. However short the moment, we thank God for the time he shared you. Mommy and Daddy will miss you and so will all who know you.
