David Frank Randall, 84, a resident of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on September 15, 1998. He was a retired Baptist Minister. He was Pastor of several churches in Texas and in Northern New Mexico. Frank left New Mexico in 1968 to become Pastor of the First Baptist Church in Wickenburg, AZ. He was also the Mayor of Wickenburg for several years before his retirement. He and his wife, Nellie had been married for 57 years, when she preceded him in death in 1994. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.F. Randall also preceded him. He is survived by his sisters, Margaret R. Penny and husband, Norris and Jean (Dutchie) Morris and husband, Tom. He is also survived by three nephews and two nieces, all of Albuquerque. He was very loved by his sisters and family and will be dearly missed. Services were handled by Messinger Mortuary in Scottsdale, AZ.
