Norma V. Rutan, 73, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on August 27, 1998. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred M. Rutan; and her son, Daniel Raymor. She is survived by her son, Gregory A. Raynor of St. Helena, CA; her daughter, Cynthia R. Sinsabaugh of New Paltz, NY; two brothers, Donald Vail of Colorado and Allen Vail of Oregon; her niece and nephew, Amy and Scott Vail; and two grandchildren, Sarah and Megan Sinsabaugh. She was a commercial and fine artist who enjoyed Japanese flower arranging and cultivating Bonsai trees, and was a member of the Pastel Society of New Mexico. A private family service is planned. The cremation services are by the Sunrise Society of NM, 891-8200.
