Anne Jeanette Nassif, age 85, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on September 5, 1998. She was born in Portland, Michigan on February 19, 1913 to Peter and Lillian Meyers. She is survived by her brother, Gerald Meyers; niece, Patricia Meyers; nephew, Raymond Meyers, all of Michigan; granddaughters, Sheryl Nanco of Albuquerque, Marie Turpin of Billings, MT; grandsons, Dan Geiger of Eugene, OR and Dave Geiger of Albuquerque; and four great-grandchildren. A Rosary was recited Tuesday, September 8, 1998 with Monsignor Fred Stadtmueller reciting. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Wednesday, September 9, 1998 at Mt. Calvary Cemetery Chapel with Monsignor Fred Stadtmueller as Celebrant. Interment followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Presbyterian Hospice, 8300 Constitution NE 87110. Strong-Thorne Mortuary, 1100 Coal Ave. SE, in charge of arrangements.
