Violet May Smith McClure, 93, passed away on September 7, 1998 at her granddaughter's residence in Anderson, Indiana. She is survived by two sons, Donald Lee Smith and Gerald Max Smith; daughter, Shirlee Ann Lutz of Albuquerque; 3 granddaughters, three grandsons including Scott Smith and Kevin Lutz of Albuquerque; six great-grandchildren; one sister, June Rose Haggard; two nephews and four great nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 10, 1998 at 1:00 p.m. at the Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Home in Anderson, IN. Burial will take place at Greenwood Cemetery, Greenwood, IN.
