Bette J. Ryan, 68, a resident of Albuquerque since 1963, died May 2, 1998. She is survived by her husband, John C. Ryan of the family home; sons, Bill Ryan of Albuquerque. Tom Ryan of Kansas City, MO, Rob Ryan and wife, Kimberly of Phoeniz, AZ; grandchildren, Chelsea and Kirsten; nephew, James Paris; niece, Mary Paris Lewis; and many close aunts, uncles and cousins, living in Ayrshire, Scotland. Mrs. Ryan was preceded in death by her son John Sinclair Ryan. She was a member of the Catholic Church and a former member of St. Charles Borromeo Parish; a member of St. Joseph Hospital Auxiliary; a former Cub Scout Den mother; and a very loving wife, mother and grandmother. Scriptural services will be held on Tuesday, May 5, at 10:00 a.m. with Fr. Paul Baca, officiating at French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. N.E. Private disposition will take place in Ayrshire, Scotland. Visitation will be Monday, May 4, from 4 to 7 p.m. at French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
