Obituary for Aragon

Leo E. Aragon, 64, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Monday, November 16, 1998. He is survived by his wife, Grace Aragon; three daughters, Geri Aragon, Kristine Aragon, and Michelle Aragon-Archuleta and husband, Gilbert; grandchildren, Michael Martinez, Jr. and wife, Sistine, Jerome Aragon-Martinez, Leo A. Martinez, Lucas Aragon-Archuleta, and Alexandria Aragon-Archuleta; great-grandchildren, Michael Martinez III and Jerome Z. Martinez; brother, Telesfor (Gabby) Gabaldon and wife, Betty; and aunt, Peggy Garcia, all of Albuquerque. He was preceded in death by his son, Leo Thomas Aragon; mother, Placida Aragon; and grandparents, Amada and Flavio Aragon. Mr. Aragon worked for several years for the County of Bernalillo. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend and will be dearly missed by all. Mass will be celebrated Thursday, 10:00 a.m., at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 412 Stover SW, with Father James Moore, Celebrant. Cremation will follow the services. Pallbearers will be Michael Martinez Jr., Jerome Aragon-Martinez, Leo Martinez, Arthur Archibeque Jr., Thomas J. Turrietta, and Johnny Salazar Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Raymond Griego, Arthur Archibeque Sr., and Raymond Perez. French Mortuary, 1111 University Blvd. NE.
