Ragnhild Schjervheim Gerber, 84, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, passed away November 12, 1998. She is survived by her daughter, Michele (Mikki); son, David; sister, Selma Holt; as well as other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis; her parents, Osmund and Anette Schjervheim; four brothers, Tom, Arvid, Alf Schjervheim and Peter Peterson. She was a gentle, warm, thoughtful and"down to earth" North Dakota woman. She was marvelously creative, artistic and had a wonderful sense of style. Her Christmas Norwegian cookies were always a"hit" with everyone. Cremation arrangements have been made by the Sunrise Society of NM, 3636 San Mateo Blvd. NE, 891-8200. A Memorial service will be held November 22, 1998, 4:00 p.m., at the family home. Anyone wishing to make a memorial contribution, may do so to the NM Symphony Orchestra, 3301 Menaul NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107 or plant a tree or flowers.
