Johanna Ferdinandus, born in Tjimahi, Indonesia in 1929, went home to be with the Lord; her husband, Nocholaas; her sister, Teda; and her parents on November 7, 1998. She is survived by her children, Joyce and Frank Adamo, Davey and Robert Greenberg, Revo Ferdinandus, Danny and Dar Ferdinandus, Jeanette Sopacua; her grandchildren, Justin, Joshua, Nichole and Ashley Ferdinandus; her brothers, Jopie and Zadrach Sopacua, Holland and Janus Sopacuz, Indonesia. Our deepest gratitude to the Presbyterian Hospice team, especially Carol Gustafson, RN, Sister Juniper, RN, and Ann Letherer, RN. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donation be made to the Presbyterian Hospice program. Mrs. Ferdinandus will lie in state Monday 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. at Fitzgerald and Son Funeral Directors, 3113 Carlisle, NE. Services will be at St. Timothy's Lutheran Church with Pastor Jonathan Holmer officiating, time to be announced. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
