Obituary for Moody

Wayne E. Moody, 87, a resident of Albuquerque since 1962, died Friday, December 25, 1998. He is survived by his wife, Chloe of the family home; son, Bob Moody and wife, Dorothy of Los Lunas, NM; grandchildren, Shannon, Wayne, Kimmie and Bobby; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Maxine Dixon of Littleton, CO; and a host of nieces and nephews. Mr. Moody was the service manager of Central Chevrolet in Grand Junction, CO until moving to Albuquerque in 1962. He was associated with Galles Motor Companies until his retirement. He was a life member at the BPO Elks, Lodge 461 and a member of the Albuquerque Community Church for many years. Services will be held Tuesday, 10:30 a.m., at French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel, 1111 University Blvd. NE, with Pastor Mark Stesanoy and Dr. Lawrence Green officiating. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul NE. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 5800 Lomas NE, 87110, or to the charity of choice.
