Alfred Wasserman, 93 years, a resident of Albuquerque for the last five years, formerly a resident of Winthrop, MA for 55 years, and maintained a summer residence in North Belgrade, ME for 39 years, passed away Friday, October 2, 1998. He was the loving husband of Pearl Cushner Wasserman and loving father to Gerald Wasserman, both of whom preceded him in death. He was also the loving father and father-in-law of Robert Wasserman and wife, Patty Parks-Wasserman and loving grandfather to Lani, Zachary and Brett Wasserman of Corrales, NM. He was loved as"Uncle Al" by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. Mr. Wasserman was an attorney and a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association since 1927. A private family service is planned. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the American Cancer Society. The cremation arrangements are entrusted to Sunrise Society of New Mexico, 891-8200.
