Obituary for James

Muriel Ruddy James, 77, an Albuquerque resident since 1953, died Monday, March 30, 1998. Mrs. James was a veteran of WWII, having served with the US Army as a nurse in the European Theatre. She is survived by her sons, Pat James and wife, Cindy of Albuquerque and J. Michael James and wife, Kathy of Wichita, KS; grandchildren, Ashley, Cassie, Adam and Katie James; sister, Evelyn Merryman of Hesparia, CA and her sons, Tom and Terry; brother, Edward Ruddy and wife, Iris of Scottsdale, AZ and their children, Sara, Mike and Barbara; and a niece, Kathy Dolan and husband, Bill of Albuquerque. Rosary will be recited Wednesday, April 1, 1998, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. NE, with Deacon Pat Kneafsey reciting. Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 2, 1998 at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 833 Arizona SE, with Father Joe D. Vigil, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will include Mike Silva, Rick Gomez, Ed Mattivi, Bill Dolan, Kevin Dunn and Tom Merryman.
