Earl C. Widener passed away on Friday, July 17, 1998 at his family home. Earl is survived by his loving wife of 29 years Mary C. Widener; sons, Steve Widener and family of Albuquerque, NM, Earl Widener Jr. and family of Salt Lake City, UT, James Widener and family of Lawton, OK and daughters, Juanita Widener and family of Albuquerque, NM and Rhoda Pollard and family of Oak Harbor, WA. Earl is also survived by his 19 grandchildren. A memorial Rosary will be recited Monday, July 20, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. with the memorial Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, July 21, 1998 at 10:00 a.m. both to take place at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church 1818 Coal Pl. SE. Cremation has taken place with the arrangements provided by Metropolitan Direct Burial Center, Inc. 601 Mountain Rd NW Albuquerque 766-9400.
