Obituary for Giron

Steve Eddie Giron, 58, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died Tuesday, December 2, 1998. He is survived by his wife, Lucia J. Lujan de Giron of Albuquerque; daughters, Danielle Giron of Albuquerque and Lisa Krenetski of Rio Rancho; sons, Eddie Giron and wife, Norma of San Pedro, CA and Patrick Giron and wife, Anisa of Bakersfield, CA; eight grandchildren; mother, Andrea Giron of Albuquerque; brothers and sisters, Bernie Giron and wife, Doris of Yerington, NV, Victor Giron and wife, Norma of Caracas, Venezuela, Christine Baca and significant other, Jaime Arandt of Santa Fe, Margaret Padilla and husband, Louie, Angel Hall and husband, Wes, Tina Patton and husband, Dan, and Rosie Giron and significant other, Barry Maron, M.D., all of Albuquerque, Randy Giron and wife, Kathy of Rio Rancho, Rick Giron and wife, Gloria, Yolanda Scarito, David Pilar Giron and wife, Felicia, Phillip Giron, and Ramey Giron and wife, Aime, all of Albuquerque; mother-in-law, Lucy Lujan of Albuquerque; sisters-in-law, Betty Rice and Agnes Garcia and husband, Bennie, all of Albuquerque; brothers-in-law, Jim Lujan and wife, Terrie of Albuquerque and Bill Lujan and wife, Louise of Harrison, TN; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Pilar Giron; and son, Tony Krenetski. Steve was very, very devoted to his family. He was an avid golfer and Dallas Cowboy fan. Steve was a member of the IROC Club. He was known to everyone as"Stevie Wonderful" and was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, son, uncle, nephew, and friend. Steve will be greatly missed. Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be held Saturday, 11:00 a.m., at East San Jose Community Center, 1830 Williams SE, with Dr. Larry Allen, Pastor, officiating.
