Obituary for Vigil

Jose (Joe) I. Vigil, 35, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on February 27, 1998. Joe is the beloved son of Cornelio and Josephine Vigil. He is also survived by one sister, Desiree Vigil; a brother, Gerald Maestas; his fiancee, Brenda Trujillo; two sons, Jacob Trujillo and wife, Valeria Baca-Trujillo and Christopher Trujillo; daughter, Diane Trujillo; grandson, Jaco Trujillo Jr., a special aunt, Vicky Trujillo and several aunts, uncles, beloved cousins and friends. Joe was a member of the Catholic Church, was an avid golfer, loved to play horse shoes and loves all sports. A Rosary will be recited Sunday evening at 6:00 in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW. with visitation after 5:30 p.m. A Communion services will be held Monday morning at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Most Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna N.W. with Deacon Charlie Johnson, officiating. Visitation will be at the church after 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, Robert Vasquez, James Lopez, Bernie Trujillo, Danny Hernandez, Vincent Ulibarri and Joseph Griego. Honorary pallbearer will be Daniel Gallegos. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW in charge of the arrangements.
