Sally Sanchez, 76, died Saturday, February 28, 1998. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Bob R. Sanchez; sons, Robert Sanchez, James Sanchez and wife, Barbara, Dennis Sanchez and wife, Beth, David Sanchez and wife, Rita; nine grandchildren, Christopher, Candice, Jamie, Demarre, Andrew, Marisa, Michael, Max, and Dennis all of Albuquerque; sister, Josephine White and husband, Bob of Mesa, Arizona; two nephews, Bob and wife, Marsha of Phoenix, Arizona and Joseph of Albuquerque; niece, Linda of Mesa Arizona; and additional extended family including many friends. Mrs. Sanchez was retired from the Employee Security commission after 15 years of service. She volunteered for the Election Board for several years. She was a"very devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend" Rosary will be recited Tuesday, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel, 10500 Lomas Blvd. N.E. Mass will be celebrated Wednesday at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 1818 Coal Place S.E. Entombment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Andrew Sanchez, Jamie Sanchez, Robert White Jr., Tom Chavez Jr., and Archie Dow. Honorary Pallbearers will be Demarre Sanchez, Christopher Sanchez, and Alonzo Rodriguez. Friends may visit Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until the Rosary at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd. N.E.
