Funeral services for Arnold Dozier, 69, of Rosharon, Texas, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday in the Rosharon Baptist Church. Mr. Dozier passed away Saturday, December 11, 1999 in Angleton, Texas. Visitation will be Tuesday, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at Palms Funeral Home. Mr. Dozier was a 20 year resident and a member of Rosharon Volunteer Fire Dept. and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret"Dusty" Dozier in 1990; and his brother, Buddy Dozier in 1995. Survivors include his sons, Clinton Dozier and wife, Martha of Las Cruces, William Dozier and wife, Tracye of Picacho, AZ; daughters, Anna Sarminto of Death Valley, CA, Tina Bautista of El Paso, TX, and Bonnie Haynes of Rosharon, TX; sister, Lorraine Roper of Deer Park; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be members of Rosharon Volunteer Fire Dept. In lieu of usual remembrances, donations may be made to Rosharon Volunteer Fire Dept. Arrangements by Palms Funeral Home.
