Mr. Frank Hoover, 83, of Belen, died Monday, December 27, 1999. He was born April 29, 1916 in Palmyra, Pennsylvania. Frank was on the Board of Directors of Horizon Country Club, a charter member of Belen Elks Club and a member of Rosary International. He was inducted into the Remote-Control Hall of Fame in 1996, because of his pioneer work in the field of electronics Surviving are his wife, Bobbi Hoover, of Belen; a son, C.G. Hoover of Albuquerque; two daughters, Carol Raymond and husband, Frank of Chicago, Illinois, Tobie Arnold and husband, Jim of Mocksville, N.C.; six grandchildren, Frank A. Hoover, Chrissy Cicuto, Carrie Merner, Cristy Arnold, Frank Raymond, Jr., Julie Raymond; and one great-grandson, Nikolas Hoover. A memorial service will be held at St. Phillips Episcopal Church in Belen, at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 29th.
