Ruth Martin, 96, died on Sunday, December 26, 1999. Mrs. Martin had been a long time Moriarty and Edgewood resident until 4 years ago when she moved to Albuquerque for health reasons. She is survived by her nieces, Allene Snyder, Gladys Hinds, and Neoma Green, all of Albuquerque, Charlotte Clay of Naravisa, NM; nephews, Raymond Caster of Albuquerque and Clifford Castor of Knoxville, TN; many great nieces and nephews. Mrs. Martin was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde M. Martin. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, December 29, 1999 at French Mortuary, Lomas Blvd. Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd., NE. Pallbearers will be Weldon Sewell, Kenneth Martin, Bovd Carfield, Malcolm Snyder, Dan Clay, and Steve Collins. Friends may visit on Tuesday, December 28, 1999 from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at French Mortuary, 10500 Lomas Blvd., NE.
