Mrs. Aurelia Perea, 82, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on November 8, 1999. Mrs. Perea was the beloved mother of two daughters, Mary M. Garcia and Laura M. Torres and husband, Robert; two sons, Andrew Perea and Joseph Fred Perea. She is also survived by one sister, Lena Lucero and husband, Ursino; 20 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mrs. Perea was a member of the Catholic Church. A Rosary will be recited Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal SW, with a communion service to follow at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will be at the church after 6:30 p.m. Interment will be Friday morning at 10:30 a.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ryan Garcia, Frank Garcia, and Jeff Salgado. Honorary will be Robert Torres, Dominic Torres and Andrew Perea. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW, in charge of the arrangements.
