Obituary for Sandoval

Lisa Marie Sandoval, 5, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, died suddenly in her sleep Thursday morning November 4, 1999. She is survived by her parents, Dr. Jerry and Dawn Sandoval; brothers, Eric Sandoval and Jacob Sandoval; grandparents, Fred and Bertha Sandoval and Jay and Beth Bamsey; great-grandparents, William and Doris Leonardson and Josephine Lucero; godparents, Peggy Maxwell-Luke"Nina" and Phillip Sandoval"Nino"; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; many close friends. Lisa's life brought a great deal of joy to many lives. She attended St. Luke's Lutheran Weekday School since the age of two. She enjoyed playing as well as wrestling with her big brother, Eric and looking out for her baby brother, Jacob. Lisa also liked to play hide and go seek, when her dad came home from work Lisa and Eric would hide and dadda would seek. Lisa loved to sing, swim, play soccer, draw and play dress-up. Her favorite things to draw were flowers, hearts, butterflies and rainbows. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church and Sunday School. She loved Jesus. Services will be held Monday, 9:00 a.m. with visitation at 8:00 a.m. at Faith Lutheran Church, 10000 Spain Rd. NE, with Reverend W. Bruce Wilder officiating. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE. Friends may visit French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Sunday, 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. In Lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke's Weekday School, 9100 Menaul Blvd. NE. French Mortuary, 7121 Wyoming Blvd. NE. She is now our"Sweetie" Angel.
