Mrs. Celia Sanchez died Saturday in Albuquerque at the age of 72. Mrs. Sanchez is survived by her husband, Santiago Sanchez; son, Jim Sanchez and wife, Teresa; daughter, Jennie Feyeradend and husband, Jack; grandchildren, Marilyn Payne and husband, Bobby, John Sanchez, Bernadette Gutierrez, Loretta Sanchez, and Antonio Sanchez; sisters, Mable Marquez, Adeline Cordova, Erminda Garcia, Amelia Garcia, Frances Crespin and husband, Tony and Viola Farfan and husband, Clifford; brothers, Tony Perea and Herald Perea and wife, Mary. Mrs. Sanchez was preceded in death by her parents, Juan and Feliz Perea; sister, Margaret Lucero; and brothers, Seferino Perea and Joe Perea. Funeral services for Mrs. Sanchez will be held on Tuesday at the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church, where the Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at the San Carlos Cemetery. Pallbearers will be John Sanchez, Ray Perea, Marcelino Ortiz, Louie Cordova, Phil Lucero and Bobby Salaz. Honorary pallbearers will be Gilbert Montano, Mike Cordova and Andy Sanchez.
