Charles Robert Novak"Charlie" died Wednesday, October 27, 1999 at the age of 59. He is survived by his daughter, Christina Novak of Ramona, CA; sister, Mary of Hungary; Goddaughter, Cindy Pocze of Albuquerque; and longtime friends, Kalmon Nemeth, Ildi Pocze, Richard Pocze, Thomas Pocze, all of Albuquerque, and Eva Nemes-Jones of California. Charles came to the United States from Hungary with close friend, Kalmon in 1956. He lived in New York until 1977, when he made his way to Albuquerque. Charles was the owner of Chermak Building Company, General Contracting. Friends may visit Aspen Funeral Alternatives, 1935 Juan Tabo NE, Monday, November 1, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. There will be a graveside service Monday at 3:00 p.m. at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
