DWAYNE KEITH"KOTA" FRAGUA January 14, 1961 - October 21, 1999Dwayne went home on Thursday, October 21, 1999 after a brief illness. He is survived by his parents, Pastor William and Agnes Fragua; a sister, Rose Fragua-Dorsey of Baltimore, MD; his brother, Greg Fragua and family, J.B. Fragua, Sheri L. Romero and family, and Grace Smith and family of Albuquerque. The Lyver children and a host of many other relatives and friends including his grandmother, Andrea Toledo-Fragua of Jemez Pueblo.In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be made to the youth group of the All Nations Indian Assembly of God Church, where Dwayne was very active and will be missed.A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 23, 1999, 2:00 p.m., at the All Nations Indian Assembly of God Church at 1119 Menaul Blvd. NW.
