Obituary for Perea

Mr. Ismael Perea, 78, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on October 11, 1999. Mr. Perea was the beloved husband of 59 years to Mrs. Lola Perea. He is also survived by one daughter, Lorenza Garcia and husband, Eloy; two sons, Lee J. Perea and wife, Sara and Paul E. Perea E. Perea and wife, Ermelinda; ten grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; five sisters, Elena Moya, Beatrice Cisneros and husband, Jose R., Arcida McKinley and husband, Chad, Rita Durate and husband, Louie of Tucson, AZ, and Dolores Lopez; five brothers, Clavido Perea and wife, Flora, Johnny Perea and wife, Louise, Ben Perea and wife, Liz, Clovis Perea and wife, Candy, and Ferman Perea; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mr. Perea was a member of the Catholic Church. A Rosary will be recited Wednesday evening, 7:00 p.m., at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna NW, with visitation at the church after 6:30 p.m. Martha Herrera, reciting. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday morning, 9:00 a.m., at Holy Rosary Church with final viewing at the church after 8:30 a.m. Deacon Harry Beare, Celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Lee Perea Jr., Dan Rice, Carlos Herrera, Alfred Sanchez, Marty Perea and David Ramirez. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW, in charge of the arrangements.
