Leroy V. Harper, age 87, passed away November 17, 1999. He had been a resident of Albuquerque since 1957. He retired from the Air Force in 1962 after serving for 27 years. He was born in Choctaw, Oklahoma. He is survived by his wife Mary, of 59 years; son, John Harper; daughter, Leanne Gideon; grandsons, John D. Harper and Timothy A. Gideon; and granddaughter, Megan Gideon, all of Albuquerque. Graveside services and burial will be in Santa Fe National Cemetery. French Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
