Randy Nipper, 29, of Los Lunas, died Thursday, February 18, 1999. He is survived by his parents, Frank and Edna Nipper of Albuquerque; sisters, Janet Wassmer of Union, MI, Kelley Barrett of Moriarty, NM, and Cathrine Nipper; brothers, David Bailey of Union, MI, Thomas Nipper of Colorado, and Robert Nipper; and friends, Karen Anzara and Willard Chavez of Los Lunas. Memorial services will be Thursday 10:00 a.m., at Los Lunas Center for Persons with Developmental Disabilities Chapel, 1000 Main St. NW, Los Lunas.
