Obituary for Simpson

Jamie Michelle Simpson, 19, formerly of Hiawatha, died late Thursday evening, February 18, 1999 at her residence in Midland, Texas. Jaime was born November 23, 1979 in Las Vegas, Nevada, the daughter of James and Lana Crandall Simpson. She moved to Hiawatha at the age of six and attended Hiawatha Public Schools and Midland Community College. While at Hiawatha High School, she was a member of the Kays and Student Government. Jamie was employed at the Hiawatha Fitness Center and Gus' Restaurant throughout her High School years and Trendy-T's in Midland. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Hiawatha. She was preceded in death by a sister, Heather Simpson; maternal grandparents, Jack and Inabelle Crandall; and paternal grandmother, Della Simpson. Survivors include mother and step-father, Lana and James Reigle of Hiawatha; father and step-mother, James and Valerie Simpson of Albuquerque; three sisters, Stacy Ann Simpson of Savannah, MO, Anna McBride of Lewisville, TX, Kathy Garcia of Midland, TX; two brothers, Matthew Simpson of Albuquerque, James Reigle of New Bruansfuls, TX; grandparents, Roy and Laura Simpson of Wichita, Anna Reigle of Hiawatha, Milton Florence Feld of Flushing, NY, Raedine Crandall of Augusta, KS; seven nieces and nephews; and many loving friends in Hiawatha and Midland, TX.
