Patricia Dell Higgins, age 38, a native of Albuquerque, passed away in Tulsa, OK on Tuesday, February 16, 1999 after a brief illness. She is survived by her parents, Louis and Patricia Higgins of Albuquerque; brother, Louis Higgins IV of Albuquerque; sister, Carol Dyer of Clovis, CA; nieces, Amanda, Emily, Mattie, and Tiffany; grandparents, Barney and Virginia Gardner and Catherine Higgins; and many aunts, uncles and cousins, all of Albuquerque. Patricia graduated in 1978 from Berkner High School in Richardson, TX. She completed two years of study at the Dallas County Junior College System. Services which will celebrate her life and her 5th birthday with NA will be held Saturday, February 20, 1999, 10:00 a.m., at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints-Tijeras Ward, 12701 Indian School Rd. NE. Interment will follow at Mountain Valley Cemetery, Barton, NM. At the family's request, memorial contributions may be made in Patricia's name to 12&12, Inc., 6333 E. Skelly Dr., Tulsa, OK 74135.
