Carl L. Black Jr., 68, passed away February 17, 1999. Memorial services beginning at 11:00 a.m. followed by fellowship lunch, Friday, February 19, 1999 at The Living Word United Pentecostal Church located at 1201 Golf Course Road, Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Carl was preceded in death by wife, Jayne and is survived by seven children, Lola Jane Ulrich, John M.H. Ulrich, IV, Carl Lee Black III (Trey), Pamela Francis, B. Ellis French, Carla Jayne McCown and William Carl Lee Black (Bill). He is also survived by many loving grandchildren, sons and daughters-in-law, and friends. Carl was a retiree of C.S.R. Crego. He was loved and will be missed by all of his brothers and sisters in Christ.
