Mary A. Ashby, 71, of Scottsdale, a homemaker, died Feb. 7, 1999. She was born in Springfield, MO. Survivors include her husband, Robert; son, Timothy J.; stepdaughter, Barbara Bottomley; sisters, Effie Feld and Gloria Windell; brothers, James O. and Ernest Grove and Bob Stewart; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Services 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Guaje Pines Cemetery, Los Alamos, NM.
