Mrs. Teresita Sanchez, 80, a resident of Albuquerque passed away on August 19, 1999 following a short illness. Mrs. Sanchez is the loving mother of one son, Robert A. Sanchez; and two daughters, Helen Sanchez and Joanna Montoya; she is also survived by one brother, Demetrio Barela and wife Esther; four sisters, Genevieve Zamora and husband, Matin, Margaret Corona and husband, Paul, Florinda Lopez and husband, Manuel and Marcella Lerma and husband, Manuel; one sister in law, Priscilla Barela; 15 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband Diego Sanchez. Mrs. Sanchez was member of the Catholic Church. A Rosary will be recited Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW with visitation after 6:30 p.m. Gabriella Nieto reciting. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday morning at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW with final viewing at the Church after 10:00 a.m. Father Jack, celebrant. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robert Sanchez Jr., Robert Montoya, Leo Sanchez, Daniel Sanchez, Jimmy Sanchez and Michael Sanchez. Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Rd. SW in charge of the arrangements.
