Leonardo L. Perea, 82, passed away August 18, 1999. He was born in San Mateo, NM and resided in Albuquerque since 1946. He was preceded in death by wife, Agapita Perea. He is survived by children, Joe Perea and wife, Erlinda, Linda Gutierrez and husband, Lowery, Robert Perea and wife, Suzana, Poncho Perea and Paula, Denise Gutierrez; grandchildren, Mary Beatrice Bozell, Larry Perea, Mary Elizabeth Anaya, James Gutierrez, Olivia Gutierrez, Arlene Gutierrez, Anna Pedroncelli, Rebecca Ulibarre, Christopher Perea, Karen Perea; great-grandchildren, Michelle Pino, Nathaniel Pino, Kendell Bozell, Kelly Bozell, Jacob Rozzi, Mariah Gutierrez, Matthew Martinez, Julian Ulibarri, Kimothy Ulibarri, Flora Maria Perea, Ashley Perea, Daisy Perea, Santana Jr.; great-grandchild, Michael Pino; numerous other family and friends who loved and will miss him. A very special thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Leo Vigil for all their heart felt kindness. Services will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna NW, with rosary recited at 8:30 p.m. on Friday, August 20, 1999, mass at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday with burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be, James Gutierrez, Larry Perea, Joe Anaya, Nathaniel Pino, Kimothy Ulibarri, Petey Saiz, Christopher Perea, and Freddy Martinez.
